Uninstall Crystal Clear Hire |

The can uninstall Crystal Clear Hire with the following simple steps:

1. Open up your computers 'Control Panel'.
This is done by clicking the windows 'Start' button at the bottom-left of your desktop
area, and then by choosing 'Settings' and finally clicking 'Control Panel':

2. Double-Click 'Add/Remove Programs'.
When the control panel appears, depending on your computer setup you will either see a list of
options or pictures with text underneath each. Look for the option called 'Add/Remove Programs' and double-click it.

3. Select 'Crystal Clear Hire' from the list and click the 'Remove' button next to it.
By selecting 'Crystal Clear Hire' and pressing 'Remove', you will be taken through the
uninstall process.
Please Note: When you have uninstalled Crystal Clear Hire, some files will remain
on your computer. These files will contain the information you may of added to Crystal Clear Hire, such as
stock entries or customer details.
The unistall process does not remove these files in case the uninstall was done by mistake.
Do not remove these files if you are simply updating your Crystal Clear Hire install - you will loose all of your data!
To remove these files:

1. Locate the install directory ('C:\Program Files\Crystal Clear Designs\Crystal Clear Hire\' by default)

2. Remove the directory manually by right clicking the directory and selecting 'Delete' from the menu
